Our session with Ronnie and Quyen at Ponce Inlet might have been the easiest shoot I’ve ever done.  These two are NATURALS in front of the camera.  Ronnie doesn’t even need prompts- he’s like a model who moves from one pose to the next after he hears the shutter click.   Not only were they naturals, but the light and sky were just perfect too.  As the sun started setting, the sky turned more and more pink!  It was a photographer’s dream!

Quyen told me that she wanted to do a maternity photo session on the beach because she wants to visit the same beach every year on their son’s birthday.  What a wonderful way to add meaning to a session location!  I am so glad we chose Ponce Inlet.  Not only is the sand soft (making it a perfect beach day location), but the rocks, small pier, and sand hills added so much more character.  It’s totally worth a yearly (if not more) visit.

Ronnie & Quyen, thank you for allowing me to capture your maternity session!  You two are so cute and so much fun to be around.  Quyen, your bump is so cute and you are just radiating with that pregnancy glow!  Anddddd I can’t wait to meet baby Ho!  I guess this means no more trips with crazy hikes and long drives?  Or will we have to train Ronnie to strap baby Ho on his back for our hikes (he’ll need to do extra pull ups and push ups for that!)?  Either way, I look forward to seeing you two become parents and watching your family grow!  We’ll have to schedule a game night sometime soon!
