I'm an Orlando maternity and family photographer. I want to capture the important moments in your life. Fleeting moments of growth and change.
Please, grab a cup of tea and enjoy exploring my recent work and personal musings!
Two minutes later, we put Callan in grandpa’s arms and an instant smile came upon his face.
My favorite types of interactions are with Asian grandparents and their grandkids. Coming from parents who were not very affectionate, I have witness how grandkids can completely change their demeanor. The moment my parents’ first grandson came in to the world, they transformed in to people I’d never met. They smothered him with kisses, smiled all the time, and wouldn’t let him go. Where were these parents all my life? LOL
It was so cute watching grandma and grandpa’s faces light up when they held Callan and when they tried to get him to smile. I felt the love grandma had for Callan as she kissed him.
Its always my favorite thing to observe and capture during an extended family shoot.
While Callan wasn’t too excited about his first professional photoshoot, I thoroughly enjoyed making funny noises and singing off beat to try to get him to smile. Quynh sent me photos of Callan later that day, and he was ALL smiles. All the singing and noises we made at the shoot, made him laugh and smile at home!
Isra and Quynh, it was a pleasure capturing your family. Thank you so much for waking up so early for the shoot! I wish we would have gotten Callen to smile but he’s handsome either way! Thanks for allowing me to capture this season of your lives. Happy first Birthday, Callan! I can’t wait to see you grow and to see your handsome smile (live)!
