While Madison and I discussed her photo session, she expressed that she wanted a tall grass field near Orlando.  So, we searched and decided on Lake Louisa State Park, a place that’s basically a big open field.   The Snedeker’s are a family that is used to nature as they travel to and from North Carolina often, so they were just naturals in the tall grass field.

As a son of a photographer, River is well trained in looking at the camera and smiling.

We got so many cute smiles from him and that is usually hard from a 2 year old! He did great in the tall grass field and didn’t even flinch (some kids get itchy and fussy)!

Some of my favorite clients to photograph are other photographers.  We just get each other.  We understand the lingo and poses and sometimes, we just pose ourselves.  This leaves room for me to get creative with the angles and composition– which I just LOVE!   And, this is exactly what I got out of Madison and Lance– they were perfect in front of the camera!

Madison and Lance, thank you for allowing me to photograph your beautiful family.

River is such a cutie!  I am so glad he smiled so much for us at the beginning (I can’t blame him for getting antsy at the end!).  Lance, I am glad you know the phrase “happy wife, happy life.”  You were a trooper during the shoot and we appreciate it!  You and my husband know the struggle of having photographer wives who always want photos taken! LOL  Madison, thank you for choosing the tall grass field near Orlando scenery– I love Lake Louisa State Park and love how the photos came out!  Thank you for also capturing my family— we love the photos!
