Valentina stepped out of the car, looked at me, and smiled.  She knows me.  I am Lanh, the one that takes photos of her family yearly. This is the 5th time I’ve photographed Ary & Juan’s family!  This time we were doing family photos at Cypress Grove park.

It was a muggy summer morning.  The family was dressed to perfection and we were ready to capture their yearly photos. I asked Valentina to twirl and she smiled and twirled in her beautiful dress. I love that I have been able to watch Valentina grow and see her personality develop. She is so sassy and so fun to be around!

Our family session started at Cypress Grove park and ended at Ary’s place. We wanted to do studio style, mommy and me photos. When I walked in to Ary’s home and saw my images printed and hung on her walls, my photographer heart went pitter patter!  It is so special to see your images cherished daily by your clients.  It’s no wonder Valentina knows exactly who I am.  She looks at the images I took daily.

They are constant reminders of the love her family is based on.  The walls that stare at her are filled with heirlooms.

Ary & Juan, thank you so much for continuing to support me.  It has been a true honor having you in front of my camera and creating images that hang on your walls.  Thank you for trusting me to capture your milestones!  I loved every session including this Cypress Grove family photos!
