Valentina’s 2nd birthday is here ALREADY!  It feels like just yesterday that I was doing her mom’s maternity shoot.  Time really does fly- they grow up so fast! I still remember her first birthday session.  She was just learning how to walk and her personality wasn’t so evident.  Now, she has SPUNK!

Now a sassy 2 year old, Valentina doesn’t skip a beat.  She’s got so much spirit!!  I guess they don’t call it “terrible twos” for nothing!  Kids this age have an endless supply of energy! We captured her photos at Alfond Inn on a HOT, June day.  We weren’t even outside for more than 30 minutes and all of us were sweating up a storm.  Valentina wasn’t fazed.  She was jumping and running around like it was 70 degrees out!

When we moved inside, her dad tried to hold her hand and walk with her.

She kept pulling her hand away as to say, “dad, I can do this by myself.”

😭 Last year, she NEEDED their hands to help her walk.  Now, she won’t even hold it!  Instead, she ran around, independently, exploring the lobby and feeding her curiosity.  Oh, sweet Valentina, how much you have grown!

Ary and Juan, thank you for allowing me to capture her journey.  It still amazes me how fast the time has passed.  I love watching her grown and seeing her personality develop!  She has so much spunk and sass- it is WAY too cute!  I look forward to watching her continue to grow and helping celebrate each birthday with your family!  Happy 2nd birthday, Valentina!
