It’s been almost a year since I had this beautiful couple in front of my camera.  I feel so honored to have Alex and Lina drive 3 hours to Orlando to have me capture their holiday photos with their cute little frenchie, Theodore.  They’ve been married for almost a year now and I have enjoyed watching their lives unfold.  From the addition of Theodore to the launch of Lina’s baking company, Pepina Sugar Co, it’s been a pleasure witnessing it all.

I love that my job as a photographer has created all these new friendships.

We decided on having Rollins college be our backdrop for this year’s photos.  The historic charm and variety of backdrops makes for great photos.

During our session, I learned something very interesting about frenchies.  If you didn’t know (I totally didn’t), Frenchie’s are not made to be outdoors.  They’re actually only made to be outside for about 10 minutes at a time!  Well, about 30 minutes in to the session, Theodore was huffing and panting from exhaustion.  We took a little break for him to cool down and drink water.

I love having you two in front of my camera and totally look forward to future shoots (especially if it involves a wedding dress!!)  Thank you so much for driving up for the shoot!
