It all started in Tampa, Khanh and Stephanie’s first dates all happened here, so what a perfect place to do engagement pictures?!  When they first started dating, Khanh lived in Naples and Stephanie lived in Gainesville.  They met through mutual friends and had hung out before, but their romance grew slowly.  The courtship started off with long drives to Tampa, the halfway point for them.  Soon, they realized that they were meant for each other.  Its now been over 7 years since they started dating and their love could not be any stronger!  I say that they are THE definition of “power couple!”  No matter where they go, you can be sure that they are dressed to the T (and matching)!  Its always so easy to talk to them and they are so laid back!

Last year, Khanh popped the question during a boat ride.  He planned it so that one of his friends was on the boat to capture the moment too!  Stephanie said it was completely unexpected because Khanh was in the middle of finals week and she didn’t think he would have time to plan everything.  Well, Khanh hadn’t planned on asking at the time but he couldn’t concentrate on anything but the proposal.  So, he decided to move it up and ask earlier.  After the proposal, Khanh was FINALLY able to concentrate on studying— his mind was clear and his heart was full!

Khanh and Stephanie are set to get married this year in October.  They have chosen the beautiful Brannon Civic Center in New Smyrna Beach and I am so excited for them!! (its one of my favorite venues AND its waterfront!)
